These beautiful pastel papers and envelopes are handmade in Spain, one at a time, and presented wrapped in string and a wax seal. "Arpa" Artesanos del Papel handmade papers are made in Spain. The labor intensive process of preparing, pressing and drying the cotton and linen pulp to make these papers is done with the same traditional tools that papermakers have used for hundreds of years. Yet the enterprise, a family business, is large enough to make batches of paper that are unusually consistent in quality and color, sheet to sheet.
